Studio Policies
{In}spire Portrait & Design is dedicated to creating fantastic photographic artwork for you, your children and family. Because your portraits are uniquely and individually yours, the are NOT returnable. On the rare occasion that we have not met your expectations with our beautiful artwork, we will do everything possible to satisfy you, but those issues must be brought to our attention before the images leave our studio.

Creation fees and cancellations
Creation fees are $150 during school hours, $300 for evening sessions and $300 for Sunday sessions. Friday's and Saturday's are reserved for a few weddings...but mostly for our own family. If you REALLY need a Friday, Saturday or Holiday session, fees begin at $1500.
Creation fees must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Sessions will not be booked without a prepaid fee.
If you must cancel your session, please give us 24 hours notice. With proper notice we can reschedule you as time allows. Typically our schedule fills up very quickly- it can take up to 3 months for availability- so book early! (Weddings are booking up to 18 months in advance)
In the unlikely event that we must reschedule your session due to unforseen circumstances, we will find you a spot as quickly as we can. (Sometimes we will even get you a Saturday session, to make sure you get coverage.) We have a back-up photographer available for wedding coverage, so you will never be left high-and-dry.

Personal camera/video
We do NOT allow outside camera/video to be brought into the studio.
Sick Children/clients
Please do not bring children who are under the weather or recently immunized. This will guarantee that you will NOT be happy with the images created in the session. If the studio feels that the child is not well, we reserve the right to CANCEL the session and reschedule it for another day.
Pets
We love your pet- almost as much as you do. For their safety and ours, pets must be on a leash or in a carrier. After the session, the pet must be removed from the studio. Pets are not permitted in certain sets- we'll let you know which ones those are.
Reshoots
{In}spire Portrait will always do our very best at capturing your family portraits. We cannot control getting that 'perfect'
expression, look or pose. We will not offer a reshoot for those reasons. We will offer a reshoot for any equipment or technical failure. If we decide together that a reshoot is necessary, all images from the initial session will be destroyed- if they aren't up to your standards, they certainly aren't up to ours!

Viewing & ordering
At {In}spire we work to provide you with the best and most unique portraits available in the area. In keeping with our cutting edge offerings we give you the opportunity to view your images in our state-of-the-art Viewing Room. We will project your images on our 100 inch viewing screen so that you can experience the full beauty of your artwork. To ensure you are getting the images you deserve we will view all of your best images (on average 20-40) on the screen to inspect them for the desired look and overall quality. We do not offer printed proofs.
All decision makers need to be present to make fully informed decisions on your images. In the unlikely event that you need a second View & Order Session a convenience fee of $75 will be assessed before additional sessions will be scheduled.
Images that are not ordered at your View & Order Session will not be kept on file. With the volume of devoted customers we have, we obtain more images that can be safely stored on our system. To ensure that the best images are kept on file, we cannot store images that are not ordered.
Orders can take up to 10 weeks for delivery. We strive to return them to you quickly, however during high volume times of the year we can be pushed to the outer limits of our delivery times. Rush service is available for an additional fee.

We happily accept all major credit and debit cards and (of course) cash. Sadly, at this time we are unable to accept personal checks.

At {In}spire we are only able to cover 5 Montana weddings a year. To give our clients the best experience we limit ourselves to make sure that we are only giving you the best.
All of our wedding coverage includes two photographers, prints and your digital negatives.
Packages require a half-down payment at the time of booking. Wedding day coverage must be paid for in full four weeks before the big event.
